"His purpose was to create in himself one new man out of the two thus making peace and in this one body to reconcile both of them to God through the cross by which he put to death their hostility."
-- Ephesians 2: 15-16

Our Mission

Echo of Christ Ministries was founded in 2000 by a culturally diverse staff of Jews, Arabs, Germans, and others who seek to obey God's call to love one another and draw others to the saving love and forgiveness of Jesus Christ.

Our Vision

The vision of Echo of Christ Ministries is to lead people of the Middle East into a personal and growing relationship with Christ, the Messiah, as the only way to reconciliation, peace, and eternal life.

Our Programs

Developing strong followers of Christ through Evangelism, Discipleship, Biblical and Cultural Teaching, Reconciliation, and Community Development. We disciple believers from Arab, Muslim and Jewish backgrounds to become leaders with a special emphasis on reconciliation and restoration.

EOCM Projects help to provide the everyday needs such as food, clothing, and medical care while sharing the Good News. The proposed Outreach Center in Taybeh will also provide employment training, Bible studies, counseling, women's and youth programs.

EOCM supports Christian communities and churches in the Middle East who are prompted by the Holy Spirit to reach out to others and reconcile with all people. We provide speakers, literature and other resources to bring about understanding of God's plan and how He is at work in the Middle East drawing all to Him.

Educational Programs
EOC provides speakers, literature and other resources to help the church understand God's concern for the people of the Middle East. We believe that as Christians understand the foundations of our faith and God's plan for the Middle East they will be moved to help and truly engage with it's people.

Relief and Social Service
For many in the Middle East, everyday necessities, such as food and clothing and medical care are lacking. EOC projects provide a tangible way to show the love of Jesus. We also partner with established ministries already in place in the Middle East to provide this help.

Economic Development
Our long term goal is to build a Vocational Training Center where young people will acquire a variety of skills to better equip them for employment and life. In addition to career development all students will be given an opportunity to grow spiritually through the study of God's Word.

Our Core Values

Being unique individuals in Jesus means that we share a unifying common core of Christian values. The following unite us and are expressed with varying emphasis according to our very diverse gifts. EOC affirms these core values to be the heart of its ministry

  1. All children of Abraham are loved by God and are important to Him. Therefore the children of Abraham should be loved and considered important by the church.
  2. Ministry comes from the heart of God and must be true to the Bible while being culturally relevant. Therefore, we must be ministry driven.
  3. The Lord Jesus' command to love unconditionally must permeate and define every aspect of a believer's and a mission's life.
  4. Racism, oppression, ignorance and poverty separate the children of Abraham. Only the gospel of the Lord Jesus lived in deeds and spoken in words is the remedy for this evil.
  5. Authentic believers in the Lord Jesus demonstrate continuous, creative spiritual growth.
  6. The ministry of God's church is incomplete unless it also serves the spiritual, physical and emotional needs of the children of Abraham.
  7. Excellence in personal life and public ministry honors the Lord Jesus and inspires others.
  8. Oneness in spirit, accountability in leadership and ethical accounting principles in all financial matters honor the Lord Jesus.
  9. Accountability to the Lord Jesus requires us to cooperate with and encourage all whose ministry is compatible to the assignment He gave us.
